We're looking forward to welcoming you to our offices at Citygate. You will find us on the second floor!
NCFE is based in new offices opposite St James' Metro Station in the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, very close to Newcastle's shopping, leisure and transport links.
Office Opening Hours
Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm
Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

Car
Unfortunately there is no onsite parking but the car park at St. James' Metro Station is only 5 minutes walk from Citygate (closed on match days).
There is also street parking available on Stowell Street, which is again just a 5 minute walk away from the office.
Underground, secure 24 hour car parking is available at The Gate (Newcastle's largest leisure and entertainment centre). This can be accessed from Stowell Street.

Plane
You will arrive at Newcastle International Airport. A taxi from there will cost around £15 or it's an easy journey by Metro.
Train
You will arrive at Newcastle Central Station. The office is a 5-10 minute walk or a very short taxi journey.
Metro
NCFE is directly opposite St. James' Metro Station, adjacent to St. James' Park football stadium.
Other Information
The lifts and staircases require swipecards, so please report to reception on arrival. Special access needs can be accomodated - please just give us a call on 0191 239 8000.
