Where have our Qualification Specifications gone?
Last year we carried out a customer survey asking how you use our Qualification Specifications. The results showed that only a small proportion of people rely on being sent a glossy printed copy, and that most people download them from our website.
As a result of this, we're no longer printing Qualification Specifications for new qualifications- this will reduce waste and fall in line with our going green initiative as well as allowing us to offer you information in a more flexible format.
The survey also revealed that most customers only use specific parts of the Qualification Specifications and would prefer to access just the sections they need, rather than downloading or printing out the entire document.
We've taken this on board and improved the way we display qualification information on the website by breaking it down into different sections which are available for you to download or print separately- click here for an example.
