Board member - Paul Essery

Paul Essery is a Director at Versa Professional Services Limited. He previously worked at Tribal as a management consult working with public service organisations to help them improve their performance. His professional skills and experience are centred on the use of evidence based consulting strategies to improve the design, delivery and performance of public services. He has also held a number of senior management posts in the post compulsory education and training sector including working at national level as Head of Community Learning at the National Council for Education and Training for Wales. He is an experienced practitioner with extensive management experience and well developed training and coaching skills. Paul joined the Board of NCFE in 2003 having had previous links with NCFE through Newcastle LEA.
