'In my section we work across four different awarding bodies and I can say without a doubt that NCFE is the best one to deal with. You seem to have a very supportive and positive culture and as a teacher of customer service I would say you are very focused on your customers. You are also good at developing niche qualifications which really hit all the buttons!’
‘I am led to believe that only one person in the exams office is allowed to have access to the Portal. Why is this? If I was off ill or on leave, at a training event etc, we wouldn't be able to register a candidate for example until I returned. Surely at least two people, if not the complete exams team, should be able to have access to the Portal? Apart from this little gripe, service from NCFE is fantastic.’
Our response – ‘We’re pleased to report that you can have as many portal users as you like, although we may confirm the level of access requested with the person nominated as the primary portal contact’
‘Just a line to say that the NCFE certificates are the most professional and smart looking certificates that we have at our centre. The paper and finish used are of a very good quality, and worth receiving at the end of a qualification. Well done.’
‘I’d like to say how easy, simple and well organised your web portal is. I’ve not been doing this particular job for long, and it was a great relief to use your portal instead of some of the other complicated systems that I have to use!’
